What is included in the villa?
The current Serena Residence includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, private study, private pool, garden area, terraces and two-car garage. The ground-floor guest room can be reviewed as a fitness or wellness option. The Classic Pool House Residence route adds 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, grill-ready outdoor zone and separate guesthouse / pool house concept. Buyers should request the written inclusion list.
What comfort features are built into the house?
Selected double-wall zones support improved acoustic and thermal comfort, while the insulated roof assembly helps reduce heat gain. Buyers can review the construction approach during a private viewing.
